Titled version of The Beatles series. Inspired by The Beatles song “A Hard Day's Night” My simplistic rendering ended up as one of my favourite pieces. The lyric line in the song that inspired the image was:

"When I get home to you, I know the things that you do

Will make me feel alright (Sun=Day; Moon=Night; Both together=Smile!)

I am experimenting with a special collection of my ‘The Beatles’ series of digital images. Avid Beatles fans tell me they enjoy guessing the song title based of the song lyrics, other not so familiar with the songs sometimes struggle to understand the image that inspired my artwork. I therefore have created a new series clearly displaying the song title. For copyright reasons I can't quote the actual lyrics, titles only are legal. I would love to hear your feedback on this test piece ‘Paperback Writer’. Do you prefer the more cryptic untitled versions? Thanks, Nigel.
